Our Little Orange Oasis

Sunshine in the Grove The weather was so nice! Our friends enjoyed playing in the sensory table that Ms. Moonstar filled with bubbles! They also practiced turn taking with the slides and balancing on the beam! We love playing with all the natural materials we find outside such as sticks, pine cones, and especially throwing leaves! We also enjoy running and sometimes we even chase Ms. Moonstar! (SC2.1, SW 4.1, PHG 3.1)    

We missed our playground! We were excited to put our rain suits on and head out to the playground! We even made rain suits for our furry friends! We had a lot of fun going down the slide. We started on our bottom which was really fast! We switched to our belly to help us land on our feet! (PHG3.1)  

Tu’ BiShvat The Orange classroom prepped water color flowers and Hand trees for students and their families to participate in together. We also teamed up with the Almond class to create a tree mural in the hallway. We had leaves available for each student’s name to be added and colored tissue paper for decorating. We also displayed the information for the Jewish National Fund. HHAI and Giving Tree are donating to the Jewish National Fund to plant trees in Israel. You can plant one tree for only $18! (SW4.1)
